Kristina S. Groennings, Esq. is a University of California Berkeley-trained corporate and commercial transactional lawyer & media/technology/entertainment industry specialist with broad experience counseling premier companies in complex corporate and commercial and intellectual property transactions, particularly in transactions involving technology, media, entertainment, licensing and intellectual property, including extensive experience in new media and digital distribution. Ms. Groennings began her career as a corporate transactional lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City, and has previously worked as in-house counsel for The Walt Disney Company, PBS and Tik Tok.
Ms. Groennings is a graduate of Rice University and the University of California Berkeley Law School.

David P. Evans is a Yale-trained corporate and commercial transactional lawyer & media/technology/entertainment industry specialist with broad experience counseling premier companies in complex corporate (including, without limitation, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, equity investments and general corporate matters), commercial and intellectual property transactions, particularly large media/entertainment company M&A, investments in media/entertainment companies by private equity firms and high net worth individuals and the purchases/sales, licensing or acquisition of large feature-length film and television/episodic streaming content libraries. David has previously worked at Irell & Manella LLP and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles, starting his legal career as an M&A/corporate finance lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City.
David is a graduate of Dartmouth College, Yale Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and Yale Law School. Prior to attending law school, David worked on economic policy, technology policy and trade policy as a staffer in the U.S. Senate in Washington, DC.
